  Used to be a great Casino with a great atmosphere and it was always busy. Lately I've noticed that its started to attract less of a crowd. Especially when they got rid of the entertainment (the show bar).
  
  Lately I realised why its been dieing out during the week. The new staff are always inviting. But its been ruined by the staff that have been there a long time as they are incredibly rude and uninviting. I see this place getting the same fate as the Casino in Southsea if they keep up with the poor service.
  
  I hope management read these reviews, as I won't be going back and nor will most of my family and friends unless they improve their service. Please read and sort out the poor service.
  
  It would be nice to see this place back to its former glory.

  Easiest way to loose a wage packet. Lovely laid out casino and good atmosphere. Plenty of different betting options available from as little as 20p.

  Usually a good atmosphere, decent machines and tables, a tad expensive but it is a casino at the end of the day and ot does exactly what it says on the label, pretty classy at the same time as being a bar and a gambling establisment, also usually mildy to extrmemly busy at the weekends.
